Professional profile
I design instructional training for companies and professionals, combining technical rigour with active learning tailored to each learner.
As a biologist and teacher, I have worked in the classroom, in the laboratory and in food safety audits. All of them taught me the same lesson: the only way to ensure meaningful learning that people can apply in their day-to-day work is to tailor training to the specific needs of each learner.
In the laboratory
I learned to work methodically and to follow processes.
As an auditor
I learned to read dense regulations and turn them into procedures that people actually follow.
As a secondary school teacher
I learned to recognise learners’ starting points and interests and to design learning around them.
As an adult educator
I learned to translate the technical language of experts and legislation into training that is accurate, yet simple and practical.
Today I design materials that do the same: they start from technical rigour and turn it into formats that foster real learning, tailored to each learner.
The result? Training that is understood, remembered and applied.
